Academic Exchange

SKLT has undertaken many international collaborating projects. Under the approval of Ministry of Science and Technology in 2007, an international cooperation center of science and technology was founded in SKLT. SKLT has established long-term collaborative relationships with many famous universities and academic organizations in USA, UK, Germany, Japan, Israel etc. SKLT periodically hosts international conferences.There have been many oversea visiting scholars, studing and doing research work in SKLT. The first China based international journal Friction in the field of tribology was launched in March 2013 by SKLT. It is for the publication of theoretical and experimental research works as well as monographic review articles related to contact, friction, wear, lubrication, surface adhesion and interface science. This journal is intended to provide an opportunity for the researchers to demonstrate their new findings and to offer readers a top-notch academic exchange platform.
