Areas of Research

Addressing the design needs of major national equipment and critical fundamental components, my research focuses on applied fundamental research in fluid sealing technology. Key areas include multi-field coupling analysis of sealing systems, design of high-performance sealing structures, development of test apparatus for extreme operating conditions, and research & development of automatic plugging systems. Serving as a reviewer for Tribology International and ASME Journal of Tribology.
